A.D.A.P.T. Tech provides software and web solutions for businesses, organizations, and individuals. We use Agile development methodologies to develop solutions that assist our growing clients. Some solutions include business to customer software applications, company internal software development, and consumer applications.
Multimedia
We also provide photo and video editing services for marketing, such as for ads, social media, and YouTube.
Education
We offer several ways to learn about software development, entrepreneurship, and leadership. We are developing our A.D.A.P.T. Bootcamps aimed at teaching web and software development to various skill levels to prepare students with an education that makes them valuable candidates for employment with various companies with varying roles. We are also in the process of developing courses that will be delivered on Udemy and YouTube.
The Team
CEO/Founder: Bruce Black
Bruce Black founded Adapt Tech to provide educational and employment opportunities to software developers, web developers, and creatives. His ultimate goal is to provide solutions for businesses, organizations, and individuals while continuing to educate and employ team members that can ADAPT and deliver top-notch products and services. He strives to create an organization that has a culture that can ADAPT. His pursuits are not limited to the growth of Adapt Tech. He also wants to create opportunities and assist less fortunate youth through education and outreach.
Bruce has experience with AGILE, Scrum, and XP software development methodology. He has been on teams that created software with many diverse applications as a programmer, scrum master, and product manager. He has a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems with minors in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration. Bruce is also a Software Engineer and Critical Care Flight Paramedic in the US Army.
